PACE is a managed care plan for seniors age 55 and older who are nursing home-eligible, but prefer to remain at home with healthcare and related services.

Operations Assistant

 

How to make an impact:

  • Act as PACE Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) representative
  • Leads clinical education series quarterly to ensure compliance with state regulations and center policies and procedures.
  • Review payroll for all supportive staff, drivers, floor staff
  • Scans and enters new client information including demographic, initial care information, and authorizations into program software systems.
  • Ensures accurate processing of IBNR monthly reports in collaboration with our third party biller PEAK PACE.
  • Reviews, edits monthly ending financial reports in collaboration with our third party biller PEAK PACE.

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelors degree preferred
  • Three months to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and standard computer functions
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
