Digital Marketing Analyst 1


The Digital Marketing Analyst 1- brings a multifaceted approach to enhancing brand awareness and client acquisition to MorseLife Health System. This role is instrumental in the implementation of new innovative deliverables that supports the MorseLife Sales and Marketing efforts across all mediums and managing the day to day management of MorseLife’s Digital Campaigns.

How to make an impact:

  • Devises strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website.


  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to company’s website.


  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns including PPC & SEO.


  • Developing all campaigns including copywriting, testing landing pages and writing development plans.


  • Analysis of keyword search volumes to identify strong keywords and position company at the forefront.


  • Managing email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing


  • Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing retargeting strategies.


  • A/B Testing on various digital marketing and email campaigns to establish effectiveness.


  • Creates weekly reports on campaigns success to report to VP of Sales, Director, BI and Marketing Specialists.


  • Manages multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any other relevant social media channels


  • Manages YouTube channel, including the generation of content and playlists.


  • Responsible for on-site activation of digital and social activity, including social stations, filming, and photography.


  • Manages digital advertising and promotional channel through supervision of Director of Business Intelligence and Development.


  • Stays up-to-date with current digital trends and suggests new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organization.


  • Provides support with Administrative or other marketing tasks to assist the efficient running of the department, as and when required.


  • Promotes all of MorseLife’s service lines through daily client interactions





Job Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher 


  • 2+ years of digital Marketing related experience
