Job Description

SUMMARY 

The Concierge is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and acts as the information center and key resource to guests.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Functions as the main resource center to all callers and guests
  • Ensures accurate visitor check in through the visitor check in process
  • Produces visitor reporting as needed
  • Initiates Codes as per safety guidelines
  • Receives and provides direction to visitors while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Proactive, approachable and solution focused
  • Keep updated on all MorseLife processes, procedures, and company announcements
  • Receive mail on weekends, sort, and notify Social Worker on call
  • Performs clerical duties and provides assistance on projects as needed

Job Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORKING HOURS

  • Scheduled hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Additional hours may be required depending on workload and special events.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

  • Position requires ability to follow emergency and evacuation procedures.  Must be familiar with terms: CODE RED - Fire, DELTA - Disaster, MR. GRAY – Disturbance, CODE BLACK – Bomb Threat and CODE PURPLE –Missing Resident.
