 Marketing Business Analyst


The Marketing Business Analyst is responsible in determining the best strategies and maximizing ROI and Revenue for Sales and Marketing initiatives for the Digital Marketing Team.

This role has the responsibility to maintain data integrity, data governance, and must establish reports and dashboards that allow accurate insights into sales and marketing efforts.

 How to make an impact:

  • Contribute to reporting, database maintenance, upkeep of business data, and analytical support for Business Intelligence.


  • Leverage best practices to drive business insights, performance metrics and outcomes and be able to deliver data and information in the right context.


  • Execute testing strategies that support the optimization of omni-channel marketing conversations.


  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer data strategy efforts are impacting all revenue generating efforts.


  • Partner with cross-functional teams to uphold best practices in data entry.


  • Support efforts to identify opportunities to drive new leads to product lines.


  • Execution of standardized performance reports across all lines of business.


  • Execute deep-dive analyses and other initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement and conversion.


  • Partner with different marketing functions, sales and operations to identify opportunities to drive growth.


Job Requirements

  • What you’ll bring to the table:


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a major related to job function.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences from data.
  • At least one year experience in a statistical programming language such as R, SAS, SPSS or Python.
  • Experience using SalesForce CRM, Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics, and other similar business intelligence tools.
