PACE – Receptionist

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction and acts as the information center and key resource to guests.

How to make an impact:

  • Reviews daily schedule for accuracy and completeness
  • Assists with boarding and disembarking of residents
  • Maintains vehicle logs
  • Ensures gas supply
  • Notifies Maintenance of any needs for service
  • Understands and complies with all procedures and regulations as related to Fire Safety, OSHA and Disaster programs.
  • Adheres to proper safety procedures while operating facility vehicles
  • Communicates in an effective and courteous manner with all residents, facility personnel and visitors

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least one year experience working with the frail elderly is required.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position, including being able to lift (with lift devices or assistance) residents in excess of 100 pounds.
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
