Recruitment Coordinator

In this role, you will support the HR/Recruitment team on a regular and ongoing basis .

How to make an impact:

  • Assist in the recruitment of potential employees via recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources.
  • Source and identify potential candidates for requisitions in applicant tracking system and other job boards.
  • Contact potential candidates, conduct phone screens and confirm interview schedules.
  • Assist recruiters in extending offers.
  • Initiate and manage completion of new hire paperwork and pre-hire activities in timely manner, including: completion of all forms, Level 2 background screen, reference checks, I9 verification, pre-employment physical, PPD and drug screen.
  • Ensure new hires are 100% compliant prior to starting; ensure employee file is complete and assembled correctly.
  • Prepare new hire for start date including assigning employee id badges.
  • Preparing standard responses to enquiries with regard to vacancy notices, position requirements, selection criteria, selection procedures and other recruitment related matters; answering queries from candidates.
  • Entering data, printing, filing, archiving, scanning and shredding documents.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service and a positive attitude.

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Associates Degree or Higher
  • Minimum of 1 years HR/Administrative experience
