Resident Services Agent


In this role you will work in our Resident Services Department to provide hospitality services such as Front Desk, Activities and Bell Attendant service to our residents with excellent customer service through the following responsibilities.


As a Front Desk Receptionist you will:

  • Schedules all appointments for residents including transportation
  • Answers telephone; directs calls to appropriate parties; provides information in accordance with general instructions
  • Greets visitors; provides information as appropriate; ensures visitors are comfortable
  • Screens mail and directs to appropriate parties
  • Helps with various administrative needs and events as needed

As an Activities Assistant you will:

  • Facilitates activities for residents, as scheduled
  • Updates and sends to print Activities schedule
  • Works Sound System Equipment and Information Channel
  • Helps with various administrative needs and events as needed
  • Maintains public relations by interpreting programs for the residents, families of the residents, and the public.

As a Bell Attendant you will:

  • Be responsible for greeting and escorting residents and visitors with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting, using the resident/visitor’s name when possible
  • Open doors and assist residents and visitors entering and leaving property 
  • Informs residents and visitors of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as areas of interest and activities
  • Transports luggage, groceries or packets, among others, to and from rooms
  • Assists residents and visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage, groceries or packets, among others
  • Communicates parking procedures to residents/visitors
  • Address residents/visitors needs in a professional, positive and timely manner


Job Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • High School Diploma
  • High level of communication skills, computer skills and professional appearance
  • Creative thinking
  • Experience in hospitality or related field.
