Sales Rep


The Sales Rep will be responsible for increasing sales and developing leads by researching, profiling, cold calling, promoting, networking and in-depth selling to targeted leads.

How to make an impact:

  • Providing Sales Director with strategic and operational support
  • Conducting tours, receiving walk-in visitors to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Effectively closing leads, obtaining deposits and signing leases
  • Creating customer lists, tracking results and maintaining reports utilizing CRM software
  • Scheduling marketing activities, conducting sales calls and cold calls to ensure that goals are met
  • Meeting and/or exceeding quotas for sales, deposits, marketing calls and appointments both on and off campus

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years of sales experience in senior living or rental housing experience
