Digital Creative Specialist

__________________________________________________________

The Digital Creative Specialist develops innovative deliverables that will support the MorseLife Sales and Marketing efforts across all mediums, contributing to visualizing, designing, and conceptualizing digital assets and online/offline creative experiences from design to completion.

How to make an impact:

  • Develops unique cross creative digital content in various formats, including but not limited to digital /print ads, video marketing, design mockups for responsive sites, emails, digital banners, and mobile/tablet apps

 

  • Executes design projects on a tight timeline and delivers high-quality creative that drives engagement and helps meet business goals

 

  • Uses graphic design and other relevant software to produce digital and traditional design assets for web and retail partners

 

  • Works with the Digital Marketing Specialist to design and develop marketing materials through appealing graphics

 

  • Creates high-level Power-Point presentation templates

 

  • Capable of working within and designing for various content management systems, ideally, Adobe Design Studio (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro)

 

  • Assists with design of wireframes and user interfaces for Website and Mobile applications

 

  • Creates accurate production files along with comprehensive style guides

 

  • Ensures brand consistency across all materials so they meet established standards of appearance, content and style

 

  • Responsible for planning-storyboarding, and coordination in advance of video projects for approval
  • Assist in creation of projects including but not limited to: postcards, newsletters, social media imagery, emails, and other marketing collateral material

 

  • Applies design principles to color, typography, layout and image choices appropriately to create visual solutions that meet business standards and user needs

 

  • Understands and applies online standards and brand guidelines to visual designs

 

  • Editing, motion graphic animation and sequencing

 

  • Assists in the coordination and distribution of video materials both internally and externally

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher  
  • 3 + years of professional Creative Design experience
