How to make an impact: 

  • Maintains job descriptions and salary grade worksheet for organization to reflect current information at all times.
  •  

  • Provides reporting and analysis on various compensation and benefit inquiries as requested.
  •  

  • Tracks performance reviews throughout organization to ensure all performance reports are completed within 30 days of effective date. Works with HR Generalists and teams to ensure compliance.
  •  

  • Maintains benefit portal and Principal website to ensure accuracy for eligibility, enrollment and billing purposes. Performs audits as necessary to ensure 100% accuracy.
  •  

  • Ensures newly eligible employees enroll in their benefits within the designated period. Follows up with employees on an on-going basis with required information.
  •  

  • Notifies COBRA eligible employees on their COBRA eligibility within 1 week of termination being processed through payroll.
  •  

  • Manages day to day activities for wellness program.
  •  

  • Assists Manager, Compensation & Benefits with various compensation and benefit projects.
  •  

  • Addresses employees’ benefit questions.
  •  

  • Conducts monthly insurance bill/payroll reconciliation reports and resolves discrepancies as needed per approval of Manager, Compensation & Benefits.
  •  

  • Manages record keeping and file maintenance for Worker’s Comp; run annual OSHA reporting and/or as needed.

 

 

  • Manages payroll process and monthly reporting for assigned business entities to ensure 100% data integrity across all electronic and paper systems.

 

  • All duties to include answering phones, faxing, emailing and other office duties

 

Job Requirements

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management with some internship experience in a business setting.  Master’s degree preferred.
